Delivery
- Delivery to all locations in Ireland and the UK are at a cost of €20.00 + VAT at 21%. Radiators over 2.2metres may incur additional costs in Ireland. Radiators over 2metres cannot be delivered to the UK. For all other countries, contact the office on 00 353 74 9744934 or sales@alurad.ie to enquire.
- Delivery will be made to the nominated delivery address by our driver or other nominated courier. Stock deliveries to both Ireland and the UK will be made within 3-5 working days after order. If a more urgent delivery is required, please contact the office on 00 353 (0) 74 9744934 to arrange.
- Specific delivery times cannot be given. Delivery will be from Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm.
- Delivery is to the nearest hard standing area.
- The consignee is responsible for off loading the product.
- The products must be checked and signed for in the presence of our driver or nominated courier.
- If there is no-one onsite the goods will be brought back to the ALURAD store and a re-delivery surcharge of €50 will be incurred
- If we are unable to deliver your full order at once due to low stock, we will deliver in instalments at no additional cost.
- We recommend that you do not organise any installation of the product until you have received and checked your ALURAD onsite
- Custom order delivery schedules will be confirmed on order and are a guideline only. Radiate Ltd. will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as adverse weather or manufacturing delays. An ALURAD consultant will contact you when your order has arrived from manufacturing to ALURAD stores. You must accept delivery of your ALURAD delivery within 10 working days of this call. Additional days will incur a €20 per day stocking surcharge.
Damaged or Missing Goods & Returns
- The consignee is responsible for checking all items listed on the delivery note are present on delivery, prior to signing of the delivery note.
- Once the delivery note is signed it is deemed as acceptance that all items listed on the delivery note have been delivered even if you write “unchecked” or otherwise on the delivery note.
- Any missing product must be notified to us by phone or writing within 48 hours of delivery.
- The consignee has 28 working days to notify Radiate of any damage or scratches to an ALURAD.
- Any damaged ALURAD will be replaced by Radiate Ltd and therefore should not be installed. Radiate Ltd. will not accept responsibility for the replacement of any damaged ALURAD once it has been installed as installation will be regarded as acceptance of the product.
- If Radiate Ltd has not been notified within 28 days after the date on the signed delivery, it is assumed that all ALURAD are as they should be and no claims will be considered.
- All damaged radiators must be repackaged in their original packaging ready for return to Radiate Ltd. Radiate will cover the cost of this return.
- For defects that only become apparent after installation, please refer to the Faulty Radiator section below.
- Faulty Radiators
- The manufacturer warranty on Alurad is 10 years when the system is commissioned using Antikor Inhibitor Fluid, and 5 years otherwise. The use of other inhibitor fluids may invalidate the warranty. This warranty is subject to the product being installed as directed by the manufacturer in their installation instructions. Radiate are not the manufacturers of the Alurad product, but we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the warranty benefits are passed to you. Copies of product warranty are available on request.
- All radiator faults must be notified to Radiate Ltd within 3 working days of discovering the fault. We will at our discretion either replace or repair the product. Radiate Ltd will cover the cost of collecting the faulty product. Faulty products should be suitably packaged to prevent any further damage.
Ownership
- Product ownership will only pass to you the customer, when payment has been received in full for all product and delivery charges we have specified.
Order Cancellation & Return of Goods
- All orders received are confirmed with an Order Acknowledgement. Once this has been issued no order can be cancelled without Radiate’s written consent.
- Stock products may be returned for a full refund once they are in their original packaging, undamaged, and in their original condition. Where this is not the case, a restocking charge of 75% of the original product order valve will be incurred by the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of your Order Acknowledgement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will most likely be in production and therefore refunds may be subject to a cancellation charge which will compensate Radiate for costs related to production, administration etc. This charge will be up to a maximum of 75% of the order value. Returned custom Alurad will only be accepted once they are in their original packaging, undamaged, and in their original condition and are subject to a restocking charge of 75%. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Product Description & Colours
- All images, drawings, samples and descriptions are used to provide an approximate idea of the product and do not form part of these Terms. Some colours may vary slightly from colour samples, display products, images, or colour charts provided.
- Technical & Installation
- Manufacturer’s reserve the right to alter installation instructions. You are advised to confirm all published technical data at the time of ordering. We advise that pipes are not set until the radiator is fixed in it’s final position. We will not accept responsibility for any claims relating to inaccurate pipe centre information.
